3. Booking and Cancellation

3.2 Booking changes: Customers can report changes up to 12 hours before the ride. We are flexible, but cannot make promises for last-minute adjustments.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the ride. For no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
4. Rates, Payment and Billing
4.1 Price transparency: All prices are communicated to the customer in advance. There are no hidden costs.
4.2 Payment terms: Payments can be made in advance online via iDEAL, credit card or in cash to the driver.
4.3 Billing: Companies that regularly use our services can be invoiced monthly after approval.
4.4 Waiting time costs: If the customer does not arrive at the pick-up point on time, waiting time charges may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Obligation of Attendance: The customer must be at the agreed location on time and have a valid ID with him.
5.2 Luggage: Customers can bring normal luggage, but heavy or unusual items must be declared in advance.

6. Delays, Waiting Times and Arrival Guarantee

6.2 Waiting times at Schiphol: Upon arrival at Schiphol we have a free waiting time of 30 minutes after landing. Additional waiting time may incur charges.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damage, such as missed appointments or emotional damage.
7.2 Loss of Property: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should keep a close eye on their belongings.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.2 Retention of Data: Data is kept for administration for 12 months and then deleted.
